This past Saturday I was elated to be apart of an awesome event that was design to help raise money for cancer research. This event was dear to my heart because my dad is a cancer survivor. Below is a video of me painting to help raise money for cancer research at the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center. It was a fabulous Gala that consist of several local artists who had to create a work of art in 90 minutes. I was able to pull it off just in the nick of time. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and met some very nice people. I just want to thank UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center for inviting me.

Jazz Painting in Progress

Here is a painting that I worked on a few weeks ago. There were three separate videos created around this painting. This is video number two. As you know I love painting images that depict musicians playing jazz music. The name of this painting is called “Keep Moving”.
Take a peek at me develop this unique painting alive. As always, I used a palette knife on three primary colors. They were yellow orchid, mars black and ivory white.
